Ideact’s Academy teaches young entrepreneurs practical skills for running a business, while our Consulting team helps businesses to optimize their structures, processes and performance.
Ideact’s Board Services team matches Board Candidates with SMMEs that can benefit from their unique skills and networks, in order to not only improve governance but also to improve the businesses profitability and Balance Sheet. Ideact prides itself in being able to match SMMEs with professionals whose skills and networks are generally only available to major corporates. This is done in a manner that is mutually beneficial and rewarding for both the entrepreneur and the Board Candidate.

Aubrey Dali CA(SA)
CEO
Aubrey is Ideact’s Founder and Chief Executive. He is an experienced Financial Executive with global experience in multiple industries including FMCG, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services and Agriculture. He has won numerous international and local awards, and was one of the Top 35 under 35 Chartered Accountants in South Africa in 2015. He is passionate about SMMEs and Youth Development. He is a Director in a number of companies, particularly Social Enterprises in the Retail, Recruitment and Youth Development space.
Palesa Sello
COO
Palesa is in charge of Ideact’s Board Services. She is a former Board Appraisal Services Manager at The Institute of Directors in Southern Africa and is an experienced Project Manager. At Ideact, she is responsible for assisting SMMEs to set up their Boards, access training, and manage their Board administration, ensuring that the Board is run efficiently and effectively. In her personal capacity, Palesa is an avid reader and aspiring author, and member of the Reading Between the Wine book club and Masakhe Book Stokvel.
