Board Members commit to connecting the SMMEs with key players within their networks for the purposes of Business Development, Funding, etc.

Board Members will, amongst other responsibilities, review Business Performance on a Quarterly basis and advise the Executive team on key Opportunities and Risks identified.

Ideact assists SMMEs with recruiting and setting up the Board, managing Board meetings and all Board related coordination and administration, as required.

Ideact also arranges training to ensure that Board Meetings are run effectively and efficiently.
